Exchange & Refund Policy – The Blooming Naari

At The Blooming Naari, your satisfaction is our priority. Every product is carefully selected and packed with attention to quality. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to providing a smooth and hassle-free exchange and refund experience.

Eligibility for Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

For exchanges not related to damage or incorrect items:

  • Only prepaid orders are eligible for non-damage exchanges.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not eligible for exchanges unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
  • A nominal shipping fee may apply for exchange requests not related to damage or wrong product delivery.

Simple Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at thebloomingnaari@gmail.com within the eligible exchange period.
  2. Share your order details along with the reason for exchange.
  3. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
  4. Once your request is approved, return the product as instructed by our support team.
  5. After verification, we will process your exchange and dispatch the replacement product.

Exchange Guidelines

  • All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before approval.
  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:
    • An alternate product/design, or
    • A store credit for future purchases.

Please Note:

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, festive sales, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Individual products from combo offers or gift sets cannot be exchanged separately.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 working days.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting the required bank details.

Please note that shipping charges and COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
